At Happy Tails by Milo, we provide a safe, comfortable, and loving home-away-from-home for your pets. We offer overnight boarding for dogs (and cats, if applicable) in a clean, supervised, and caring environment. Every guest receives personalized attention, regular potty breaks, feeding based on your instructions, and lots of love. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our policies below.

To maintain a calm and organized environment for our guests, all drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment only.

Drop-Off Times:
🕘 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Pick-Up Times:
🕘4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

If you need to drop-off at a time that is not included in the above times, please contact us we are happy to try and accommodate you in any way we can. Late pick-ups may result in an additional fee of $15. If you cannot Pick-up by 9 PM you will be subject to another night of boarding. Please communicate ahead of time if you anticipate any delays.

📄 Required Forms & Vaccinations

Before boarding, all clients must submit:

• Completed pet intake form

• Proof of current vaccinations:

  • Rabies

  • Distemper

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• Signed boarding agreement & liability waiver

• Emergency contact and veterinarian information

All forms and vaccination records must be submitted online through our website before your scheduled drop-off date.

💳 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking to reserve your pet’s stay.

• Deposits are applied toward your total balance

• Remaining balance is due before or at drop-off

• We accept online payments through our secure booking system.

❌ Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled drop-off time to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
